During this period of unprecedented concern regarding infectious disease and the current COVID-19 virus, Hilltop Signs and Graphics has implemented the following  protocols.


All employees of Hilltop Signs and Graphics are expected to stay home from work
when they are sick, or if they have been exposed to the virus and/or if they have
travelled to a region or zone designated at risk by the US government and not yet
completed any required period of restriction from community interaction.

 

All employees of Hilltop Signs and graphics will follow health‐authority
recommended guidelines regarding maintaining a healthy workplace. With that being
said our customers who visit the shop will be restricted to our showroom and not
allowed to come back to our production spaces.

 

Any instructions, information, and directives made by the US Center for Disease
Control (CDC), other federal agency, or any local authority with applicable jurisdiction is
to be followed as provided by said agency or authority. This includes any such
instructions, information, and/or directives that exist now or that be made by these
agencies or authorities in the future. We at Hilltop are insuring all our employees are
aware of any such requirements at any locations to which we service our customers.

 

All our Installers will confirm all dates and anticipated times of when they will be at a
job site for work execution.

 

Once arriving to a job site, our installers will check in with local job site contact and
follow all policies pertaining on site requirements as set forth by Hilltop’s customer (this
can be the Tenant, the Landlord or the General Contractor). Be aware that these site
requirements can vary and may include social distancing (i.e. staying away from people);
the use of gloves, masks, or other personal protective items; or other precautions.
