Meet Shelley Holder - Production Coordinator

Today we are introducing Hilltops very own production coordinator, meet Shelley Holder! Shelley is in charge of the production department workflow and keeping the printers and cutter running. She has been with Hilltop Signs and Graphics since the summer of 2017.

A one-minute overview

Shelley was born and raised in Southern Maryland. She started working in the sign business her junior year of high school. That gives her over 12 years of experience with signs! Shelley recently married this past November to her husband Brandon. She loves visiting her friends and family in Kansas and Florida. Her moto is, “I work hard so our dogs can have a better life.”

What keeps you excited about being at Hilltop everyday?

“It’s never boring, there is always something going on and you never know what you are doing or where you are going on any given day. I can be at my desk one minute and working on a vehicle wrap the next.”

What is one of your favorite jobs you have worked on?

“One of my favorite jobs was lettering the airplanes for Airtec. How many people can say they have put graphics on a plane that flies all around the world?”

What is your favorite material to work with?

“Very simple answer, but my favorite material is cut vinyl. I have always enjoyed weeding vinyl and creating overlays. You can make some pretty cool signs or lettering with the right color choices!”

Favorite work snack?

“Andy Capps Hot Fries”

How do you take your coffee?

“I don’t, but I love the smell. Cherry Coke is my caffeine lifeline”

What is something you wish you did more of?

“Travel – I have a bucket list of places I’d like to see, for example; New Zealand, Ireland, Hawaii and more of the Caribbean Islands”
